Предайте устройството с потвърден гаранционен лист или оригинална касова бележка, показващи дата на покупка, продавач, тип устройство и IMEI номер. Приложете батерия и зарядно.
Report the issue
Call us at 05 36 64 900 or email servis@vamatrade.com. Have your purchase receipt and issue description ready.
Device delivery
Bring the device in person or ship it via Posta Slovenije PPNA service (postage paid by recipient). Package the device properly.
Diagnostics and repair
Our authorized technicians inspect the device and perform the repair. We keep you updated via email or phone.
Pickup
Once the repair is complete, we notify you. Pick up the device in person or we ship it back.
Shipping by mail
You can ship the device via Posta Slovenije PPNA service (postage paid by recipient). Address it to: Vama Trade d.o.o., Industrijska cesta 7B, 5000 Nova Gorica. Include a description of the issue and a copy of the receipt.
Out-of-warranty service
For out-of-warranty device diagnostics, we charge a flat fee of 24.40 EUR. If you proceed with the repair, this amount is deducted from the final repair cost.
Data backup warning
Before submitting your device for service, make sure to back up all your data. Data on the device may be erased during the repair process. Vama Trade is not responsible for any data loss during the service procedure.
